When most of us think of home ownership we think of it as a vehicle for our financial future. While some have owned several homes over their life time, some may have not owned a home yet. For others it may be something they think is just out of reach. The reality is that home ownership is probably within reach and they just don’t know it.
The Central Oregon real estate market is booming right now for sellers. Bend and Redmond homes for sale are receiving some of the highest selling prices since the mid 2000’s.
The Redmond real estate market is particularly moving right now. If you have thought about selling your home and really want to get the best price per square foot then now is the time. Don’t wait until the fall to start selling your home. Historical data shows that late spring, summer, and early fall are the best times to sell your home in Central Oregon.
Pricing is always a variable which will determine the final net proceeds you get from your home, but it’s not the only one. The ability to provide features such as seller financing, loan assumption, and quick possession can also have an affect on the net proceeds from the sale. Where do you start? Ask questions.
If you're thinking about selling your home, now is the time! I have Buyers looking for property on the Westside, Ole’ Downtown in the Historic District. $750,000 or less. If you have a property not currently listed please call today. Thank you, Robert Smith
