The Central Oregon real estate market is booming right now for sellers. Bend and Redmond homes for sale are receiving some of the highest selling prices since the mid 2000’s.
The Redmond real estate market is particularly moving right now. If you have thought about selling your home and really want to get the best price per square foot then now is the time. Don’t wait until the fall to start selling your home. Historical data shows that late spring, summer, and early fall are the best times to sell your home in Central Oregon.
Pricing is always a variable which will determine the final net proceeds you get from your home, but it’s not the only one. Single Family Residential inventory levels in Bend and Redmond are low at around 2 months. The building permits for new SFR dwellings in Bend were 71 in February.
Next month, the quarterly numbers will be included in the Beacon Report.
